The MV5C default setting allows the user to listen through a computer‘s built-in speakers, an external speaker or headphone output. Playback mode can be activated to monitor directly via the headphone output for podcasting or voice overs.

The MV5C works great for recording with iOS devices like iPhones and iPads, but it is not compatible with mobile conferencing apps like Google Hangouts, Skype, MS Teams, and Zoom when using these devices.
